MJR Return & Refund Policy

At MJR, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in producing high-quality motocross apparel and gear. Because many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or improper care are not eligible for return.

Customers can contact MJR for return shipping label.

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom orders are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to, custom graphics, personalized names or numbers, custom color combinations, made-to-order sizing, and any product manufactured specifically for a customer.

Because these products are created exclusively for the individual customer, custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by MJR.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom artwork, spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizing, and design details before production begins.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to an error by MJR, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product so we can review your claim.

If the claim is approved, MJR will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. We may request that the original item be returned before processing a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, exchange for the same value or store credit.  Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by MJR.

Exchanges

Eligible non-custom products may be exchanged for a different size or item, subject to product availability. Custom products are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error by MJR.

Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact MJR to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are encouraged to use a shipping service that provides tracking, as MJR is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
