After 17 incredible years in the racing  industry as a racer, Morgan Johnson, Founder of MJR experienced firsthand the unique challenges riders face on and off the track.  Racing is more than a sport—it’s a way of life. This passion has shaped Morgan in countless ways and has helped her through tremendous grief through the years. But in 2024, after enduring significant health issues, multiple surgeries, and the heartbreaking loss of Morgan's father, John Johnson at the end of 2021;  She found herself at a crossroads.These challenges, while difficult, also reshaped her purpose and goals for the industry. Morgan's journey taught her the importance of resilience and adapting to change.

Through her father’s legacy and the lessons learned through her own experiences inspire everything we do at MJR. We’re not just about creating gear; we’re about supporting the riders who share the same passion for the track, who push their limits, and who deserve gear that empowers them to perform at their best.
